REFUND POLICY

All ROLLR customers can enjoy peace of mind when ordering from us.

Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. We will do everything we can to ensure that each rollr customer is satisfied with their purchase.

We offer a 14-day return policy on every rollr item you order with us, providing it is returned in the same condition as you received it. If unsatisfied with your order, please ensure you email us at support@rollrclothing.com stating your order number and reasons for the return, along with any images or information that will help us.

Once we have received your returned item, we will look to understand the reasons why you are not satisfied and notify you o the status of your return having inspected each item sent back to us.

If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method whether credit or debit card. You will receive the credit within a few working days dependent on your bank or card provider's policies.

Please note that you as the customer are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning any items back to us unless the item was received damaged or defective.
